Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on February 13, 2023, found that HPC had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on December 13, 2022.
